Banana Chips – take one

I don’t know about you but I like my bananas when they are yellowish-green. So, I am always thinking of what I can do with them once they ripen. Sometimes I freeze them for smoothies, make banana bread, mash them and let Lola eat them…but this time I thought I would try my hand at making Banana Chips. I read about cooking them in the oven at a low temperature to “dry” them out…so here it goes!
